RESPECT
We respect the initiative, role and agency of national actors working towards achieving lasting peace. This is valid for both, initiatives at national level as well as at the grassroots.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our objective will always be to help our partners to render the impact of their actions sustainable. Therefore, we serve our partners by helping them enhance their own skills.
DIGNITY
Our experience has led us to understand that the key ingredient to building sustainable peace is to focus on the acknowledgment of individual and collective dignity.
INTEGRITY
The raison d’être of CatImpact is to work in full accordance with our convictions and values. Decades of professional experience, with both success and failure, honed these values.
RESILIENCE
Key for peace to be sustainable are resilient communities: The individual and the communities need to recognize their own potential and capacity to rebuild their social fabric.
ACCOUNTABILITY
We take full responsibility for our actions, always. This includes the environmental impact of our frequent travel. All carbon emissions caused by our travel is offset.
